BoxLeads is a month-to-month subscription service. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time.
The monthly fee is billed in advance every 30 days after you initially sign up. Upgrades are effective immediately, and downgrades and cancellations are effective at the end of your billing period.
You may cancel at any time, and you will not be charged any additional monthly fees once cancellation has been made. After your account has been cancelled and the end of your billing period has passed you will no longer have access to any of your previous leads or lead notes.
You can cancel your membership at anytime by logging into the control panel, clicking on billing and clicking cancel membership. Your membership will be cancelled at the end of the 30 day period.

Each area gets a different amount of leads each month. You can see an estimate of how many leads were produced over the last month by going to https://boxleads.com/average-leads-per-month/
In order to keep prices low each area may have multiple people receiving the same leads. It is very important that you follow up with each lead to give you the best chance possible to achieving your financial goals.

We have a large online presence which allows us to come in contact with hundreds of home owners on a daily basis. Most of these home owners are extremely motivated to sell. These motivated home sellers elect to fill out one of our online seller forms or contact our support center directly with specific information about the home they wish to sell! We then immediately forward the lead directly to you via email or text messaging.
